What is #GivingTuesday?

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement that amplifies charitable donations the day after major retail events.

On this single day, thousands of donors join to support causes they care about. The countdown begins where millions around the world will come together to create a wave of kindness and generosity by giving donations that make a big difference. WOW Science™ is participating to change the lives of young science students. You can make a local difference in a child's story.

Why Choose WOW Science

"Yesterday Joseph got in the car without me even asking him and shared the 5 levels of a Hurricane - he described them, how they move and was familiar with the name of Hurricane Katrina and its effects on people and the land. He shared with my Pastor that he also made a Typhoon. His 1st day in camp, Joseph got in car and described how they made the clouds, discussed the weather and described how they took temperatures outside. He said he had to come home and study his math and science so that he would be ready for camp the next day. He requested that I make dinner early so that he can get to bed early. Today he walked me over to show me the angle compass that he made that was sitting on the table. All I can say is WOW - I am so impressed about all that he is learning in such a short time. Hats off to the staff for teaching in away that he is able to remember and share."
